With experience ranging from manufacturing engineering to telecommunications project delivery, she has more recently expanded into coaching and the ‘people’ side of creating environments where people can be their best and enjoy doing it.

With a high degree of technical competence and over 10 years spent in the corporate world, Sophie is well-placed to assist people who want to improve their effectiveness in a competitive professional environment.

As a manager she developed a natural aptitude for enabling people to utilise their talents, celebrating and developing the strengths that each person has to offer. Sophie is a natural ‘problem solver’ and enthusiastic team player, and enjoys every opportunity to work with groups and individuals to facilitate productive approaches and satisfying outcomes.
